About Order
Q: How can I know my order status?
A: You can know your order status by searching your Tracking Number or Order Number in the following link.

Q: How to choose the size that suits me?
A: We have a large number of styles, so the size chart for each piece of clothing will be different.
Please refer to our Sizing Guide to get your own measurement and choose a size.
If you still have questions about choosing a size or measurement guide, please send an email to our customer service department.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can only cancel paid orders that have not yet been shipped.
But NOTE: Cancellation of orders for more than 24 hours but not shipped will incur a 15% handling fee, please read the Return and Refund policy for more information.
Once your order is shipped, it CANNOT be canceled. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive. You may either keep it or return it for a refund.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: The reason may be an unforeseen event or the product you ordered is suddenly out of stock and no longer in stock. We guarantee that these situations are rare. However, if a cancellation occurs, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.

Q: What payment option do I have with Dressestyle?
A: At present, We only accept secure payments via PayPal.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties?
A: International shipping orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country/region. Different countries/regions have different customs policies. Please contact your local customs for more information.

A: Before being shipped to the destination, your products will be carefully inspected and safely packaged to ensure that the products and services we provide not only meet but exceed your expectations.

Q: Why the color of the product I received is different from the picture?
A: Please understand that camera's perspective, light, and computer color settings may cause a little color difference. If it does not affect the appearance and mood of your favorite clothes, we hope you can keep the clothes.

About Shipping
Q: How do I save on shipping?
A: If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using express shipping. International shipping is expensive, so we suggest our customers buy all things you need in just one order to minimize shipping fees. Compared with express shipping, the standard shipping method is much cheaper if you can wait a little longer.

Q: How can I track the delivery of orders?
A: Users can track orders by visiting “Orders” under the “Me” section. Then select “Order Tracking”.
If you have problems tracking your order, you can contact our customer service and provide your registered email and/or order number. Simply click on “Contact us” in your order account and send the ticket, we will answer you within 24 hours.

Q: How can I tell if my items have been shipped or not?
A: You should sign in first with the correct and the same email address and password as when you make the order. Then click the "My Account" button, and you can view if your items have been shipped or not.
